Slow Motion Noise Adjustment??

Ok so I have Vegas 11.. Use it mostly for home use, editing video game footage and whatnot for youtube..

My question is this..

When I drop a video clip or file into the timeline and play it right.....

You can adjust the slider to speed it up, slow it down. rewind etc..

If you slow a clip down with the slider control you get that "official" slow mo sound with the deep voices and everything you know cinematical slow motion sounding....

BUT.......when you take a clip and stretch it out on the time line to slow it down it creates that very synthy, high rasp... NON slow motion sounding clip when you play it back...

How do you create, or what tool do you use to get that true slow motion audio in a clip you have slowed it down or strethed it out??

Im totally stumped and Im gonna be real mad if im stuck with high raspy synthy slow mo... but oh well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to engage élastique pro timestretching, which is under the media properties (right click on a timeline event > properties).

I can't tell you more than that at the moment because my V10 is in the middle of a mega long render that I don't want to disturb, and there's no reference to élastique in the V10 pdf manual, but maybe this points you in the right direction.
