After waiting for 10 hours to download this damn software, it stopped and gave me an error message and started all over again. Speed download is 14kb/s which is slower than the first modem in 1980. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Their new technical support website is lowsy and asks you to login over 10 times. This company will eventually loose a lot of customers if they do not shape up and they are killing the product. Sony made a mistake selling this division to an immature company.

Any idea how the above problem of downloading can be fixed.
