I made a post on the Vegas forum with a possible bug or fault.

and gave, after the 2e answer all needed information, also the ask for the syscheck report of my hardware.
I shall not give here the answers I got from a Dutch writing helper, but it were answers from which I could see he knew nothing about Vegas Pro or Vegas video software.
The last gotten answer said on the end
Vegas support kun je ook in het Engels op hun website indienen. Echter, heb je de kans dat mijn collega niet naar het forum zal gaan hele gesprekken te lezen.
Translated it says: Vegas support you can also submit on their website in English. However, you have the chance that my colleagues will not go to the forum to read entire conversations.
What did I wrong?
Was my support request not english enough or something else?
