If the preview window goes black and says "No decompression required" then it smart renders or when it jumps over sections that have been pre-rendered with the same codec.

Proud owner of Sony Vegas Pro 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 and now Magix VP15&16.

Monitor: 2x Dell Ultrasharp U2713HM (2560x1440)

Does this happen in Catalyst Prepare just like it does in Sony Vegas? Very cool if it does.
