Sony MTS AVCHD files - split file out of synch (Vegas Pro Edit 22)

I Normally use 2 x Canon HF-R800 cams to shoot my videos. They split the videos after 4GB and are recorded @ 1920 x 1080 60p 35Mbps MP4. I never have synch issues with these files. I stumbled on my former HD cameras, Sony HDR-CX405 and decided to use them today. These cameras shoot different formats, but I use 1920 x 1080 60p at 25 Mbps. These videos are split after 2GB and are recorded as MTS files. The problem I have is that the first video is fine, but with the second video, the audio is out of synch in Vegas. I have several different media players on my PC, and they all play the 2nd video in Synch without issue. I do notice that when playing the files the first seconds of video are either blank or freeze frame, but after that the files play back fine, in synch. How do I get these files to play / encode correctly in Vegas?

I don't see obvious issues with the properties you shared but it would be good to see more. You are using build 239 of 22?

When I'm transferring my AVCHD media from my camcorders to drive, I always use Free Catalyst Browse to do it, as besides of transferring, it will also merging the splitted media. https://creatorscloud.sony.net/catalog/en-us/catalyst/index.html

Now the challenge is how to merge the already transferred media, to be one complete media file.

There's a saying that this command prompt may be able to help but personally never been tried:

COPY /B 0001.mts+0002.MTS+0003.MTS 123.MTS

Yes, I am using build 239 Ver 22. But I just noticed something. On the second file, I see the audio event is just a tad longer than the video event. So I just seperated the audio and video events and slid the audio to the left so the ends of the events line up. Now the audio in synched with the video. This has to be a problem with how the camera creates the files. It's just odd that other programs can correct it, while Vegas can't. I'm not going to use the Sony cameras any more. I haven't had any issues with the Canon files.

EDIT: I've also looked at the first file created, and the audio track ends before the video track does. So this is definitely an issue with how the camera is splitting the files. After adjusting the second file, the audio and video both line up perfectly with the end of the first file. Maybe that's why i stopped using these cameras in the first place. I stopped using them 8 years ago, and I can't even remember what I ate for breakfast! Thanks for the replies.
