This is a fairly minor issue, but I'd like to fix it if I can.

On my old system (Sony Vegas Pro 64bit on Win 7) I used to be able to place my cursor over the sliders for Saturation, Gamma, Gain and Offset in Video Event FX, and increase or decrease the values using my mouse scroll wheel. On my new system (Sony Vegas Pro 13 on Win 10), I find that I can only increase the values using the scroll wheel. Rolling the scroll wheel backwards has no effect.

Strangely if I move to the Custom tab of Video Event FX, the scroll whell moves the slider both backwards and forwards.

I've had a long look through Preferences settings (including Internal), but can't seem to find anything that might change this scroll wheel behaviour.

A very minor issue to be sure, but I'd like to be able to work with with the scroll wheel in the Parameters tab of Video Event FX if possible. Any insights would be much appreciated.
