Sony vegas bug/issue

So recently i got a new computer with a I5-6400 and a MSI 1060 6 GB. And I was going to render a 2 minute long video which usually takes 10 minutes, its just a video with a audio spectrum and some music. But when the timer went up to 10 minutes as usual, my video went black for a split second and the frames stopped until the screen went normal again (the preview screen). The timer went up by 1 minute and this happens a lot now. No clue why. So i decided to wait 40 minutes because that was the time it took and when i played the video, there was these black screens just coming up randomly in a split second maybe 20 times through out the video. But the audio worked perfectly fine. Btw I have Vegas 14 Pro

You don’t say what version of Vegas, but judging by your calling it Sony Vegas, it would be a rather old version.

At any rate, no one can help you without you telling us what version of Vegas Pro you are using. The more details you post, the more likely it is someone will be able to help you.

There are troubleshooting guides posted on this site above the line where new posts start. These are the distillation of the years of effort that people on this forum spent learning to use Vegas Pro. Avail yourself of that effort in the privacy of your own home.
