I have recently had an issue with Vegas Pro. Everytime I launch it, my audio gets cut out to everything else (youtube video, music, etc) This is really annoying. Any help is appreaciated.
Do you mean that you can't play audio from any other app while using Vegas?
What do you have set in Options > Preferences > Audio Device > Audio device type ? What other options do you have in there? Try them.
If you mean you when Vegas is open, audio won't play in other apps. Try "Options> Preferences> General" and enable "Close media when not the active appication"

I have it set to Microsoft Sound Mapper.
Just to clarify, the issue only occurs on launch. Afterwards the audio comes back.
