The app files won't download

I've ordered the latest version of Vegas Pro Edit. The executable downloaded but the app won't download the installation files. The download fails. This is happening with my newly purchased SoundForge software as well.

@Phillip-Burno The links given to you above are for the full executable downloads. What you received was just an installer, which links to the full downloads, but sometimes not ;?)
