I'm using movie studio 13.0 and magix movie edit pro plus for my projects. However, when I import my video to any of the two applications, there is no sound on my video. My operating system is window 10 professional version.

Have you used the device that captured this video, before, with audio working?
That audio codec may not be supported. I'd try using Sound Forge, Audacity, etc to see if you can convert that audio to regular AAC or WAV, and then import that into your editing program.
I captured the video live from facebook and downloaded it to my computer. From there, I imported it to the movie studio 13.0 program for editing. I used this practice before with another trial program and it worked pretty well.
