Transitions and event pan&crop suddenly unaccessible (resolved)

Hello. Vegas Pro14 64 bit latest version with Windows 10.

1. Suddenly I can not access transitions, not newly made or old. Clicking transitions button does nothing. Right clicking and selecting transitions properties does nothing. However the transitions do work, only accessing is the problem.

2. The same with Event Pan& crop. Clicking the symbol does nothing.

Is there an easy solution to this? If I have to reinstall Vegas Pro then do I loose all my customized key commands? It seems that I need to uninstall first. Will I loose all my purchased plugin-installs also (like Pixelan plugins and Film convert Pro)?

Thank you for help. I have already lost too many hours trying to figure this out myself.

Can you post a screen shot of plug-in manager? View / Window / Plug-in manager

But if the pan/crop window is not coming up, then it may be something that changed in your System like an update to your video card driver ???

Thanks for the prompt reply. The problem appeared in the middle of editing, I don't think there was any system update in the background. I have updated the videocard drivers afterwards, no help. Strangely, Vegas 13 pro works without any problems. It seems that I am not able to access even Video event FX after inserting one to a chain. Maybe I simply need to uninstall/reinstall. The big question is will I need to install my purchased plugins again and what happens to my custom key commands?

Cornico, no unforunately I don't. Normally it opens immediately. Yes, I have checked under all open windows. This is really strange.

Custom keyboard settings are in %APPDATA%\VEGAS Pro\14.0\ in a file such as keyboard.ini. You should be able to manually make a backup of that file and then restore it after a reset.

Windows layouts are also in that folder.

Thank you Cornico and Nick Hope! Resetting procedure worked! I did not even loose the key commands. Now finally I can get back to work :)
