Unable to connect to Text to Speech app

Yesterday I paid for a one month subscription to Vegas Pro 21 because my version 19 does not have the Text to Speech engine. Vegas Pro 21 is installed and running/saving.

Unfortunately, although the pink (H) shows vegas Hub logged-in, when I select text to Speech I get the message "this feature is available after you are logged in". But I appear to be logged-in! Clicking the big blue log-in button does nothing at all.

This is really very disappointing. Please can you advise?

Try restarting VEGAS and logging out and in again. Every now and again I get kicked out too.

Thanks. Yes, I did that twice. And rebooted. It does seem possible though to call the Speech to Text action box. The opposite function I need! Which implies that I am indeed logged-in to the hub.

As time is really pressing - I though this would be a doddle - I'm now going to have to explore general AI text to speech offerings from other vendors and save their audio and place it into the Vegas 19 project. In which case, no need to pay for Vegas 21.

I'm also not having success using text to speech so it may be a server issue. I'd suggest contacting support (scroll back to the top and click support).

Actually after a few minutes of seeming to do nothing after I clicked the blue button, it went back to the timeline and is now logged in and working.

I just tried Text to Speech and had no issues logging in. I first logged into Vegas Hub, then went to Text to Speech and have been goofing around with it for a bit.

A really nice feature!
