Unable to Render in MP4 - Pro 11 Crashes

It seems that no matter what I try, Vegas Pro 11 crashes. I have tried to turn off the GPU but still crashes. Error comes up with no reason forthe crashing.

Anyone with any suggestins.

We are trying to put our church videos on YouTube.

That was changed when the update was completed.

Just don't know what to do about it a Sony is not giving any assistance.
