Please show a screenshot of the error message - if possible the whole screen.
Note: The error message you describe cannot actually exist, as the software "SONY Vegas 15.0" does not exist.

So the issue is "Vegas Pro is not responding". There could be many reasons for that.

I'd start with updating video card drivers and then tell us what happens when you get this message.
