Just started doing this out of the blue. Vegas 15 Pro (build 361) opens fine, but then when I try to open a project (any and all .veg files), the program simply closes. No error message or anything. Just closes out.
I'm running it on a dedicated machine that has had no other software or updates installed recently. Again, it just started to do this out of the blue. Anyone else experience this? Not sure what to do.
Boot from recovery media and restore the system image backup that you made when the system was working fine.
john_dennis, Thanks for responding! I was just about to take your advice when I thought I'd double check to see if ANYTHING had changed behind the scenes. Turns out there was a graphics driver update a few days ago. I went in and rolled it back to the previous version and, BOOM, I was up and running again.
I feel kind of dumb for not thinking of that before but all is good now. Thanks again.
