Vegas 16 crashes upon installation!

Just purchased Vegas 16 Edit as an upgrade to Vegas 15. It crashes upon installation!!! Can't use it at all...

My setup is:

[CPU]
cpu="Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz"

[OS]
os="Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit"

[Memory]
memory="Available: 33,477,004 bytes, Free: 28,945,600 bytes"

[Graphics]
g1="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 1920x1080"

[Sound]
s1="High Definition Audio Device (ok)"
s2="MOTU Audio Wave for 64 bit (ok)"
s3="NVIDIA High Definition Audio (ok)"
s4="NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM) (ok)"

I'm very disapointed...had lot's of crashes with v.15 so I took a chance on this new update and it's useless. I should have downloaded the trial. Hope Magix makes this right as I have never experienced anything like this in 15 years of working in video editing with both Adobe Premiere and Sony Vegas...

Go through the FAQ & troubleshooting pages for crashes . For help here, you will need to post ALL your info - see the FAQ.

Thanks, but I couldn't find any info on Vegas 16...

Doesn't matter. The FAQ's and troubleshooters are still valid.

I don't know if I'm looking at the correct page as I can't find any info on troubleshooting or crashes. Can you please provide a link? Thanks

Vegas Pro first page "Important Posts" line items 4 & 5. See them?

It was a plugin conflict. However, it doesn't happen with Vegas 15, so I was surprised.
