Vegas 18 UI / FX Menu isn't working correct anymore

Hey community,

another problem with my Vegas 18.

Since today when I start Vegas I can't choose any FX from the menu anymore, it totally freezes and I can't click on any effect anymore. Sometimes the whole window get's black or some strange overlays.

When I try to minimize and maximize the window Vegas crashes after a few seconds.

I already uninstalled and re-installed Vegas, that didn't solve the problem.

Only when I uninstalled the nvidia graphic card drivers and the geforce experience,... it worked again and I could move in the menu and work with the FX effects.

Here is my setup:
Vegas Pro 18
Windows 11
Intel i9-12900K
GeForce RTX 3070
64GB G.Skill DIMM DDR5-6000
ROG Maximus Z690 Hero
Corsair MP600 Core SSD 4TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4
4x Samsung 870 EVO SSD 4TB
iCUE H170i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler
Corsair Obsidian 1000D Big Tower

I also cross checked Windows updates and uninstalled the new "2022-03 Kumulatives Update für Windows 11 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB5011493)" but that didn't solve the problem.

It looks like it has something to do with the nvidia driver but I can't figure out what exactly.

Are you on build 527 of Vegas 18? If not try updating to that.

Also go to help/driver update within Vegas and select the latest NVIDIA Studio driver.

@RogerS Yes, I'm on Vegas 527, completely uninstalled Vegas, also set everything to default and all drivers are up to date

Now I can't even open Vegas anymore, I've even did a computer repair and it's not working.

I don't even get an error message, after the Vegas loading screen it's disappearing and I only see a vegas180.exe in the Task Manager under details and I can't even end it...
