Vegas 19 freezing on start-up when trying to Create Plug-in Factory

Fired up my laptop today and all of a sudden Vegas would not open and gets stuck on Creating Plug-in Factory. I have reinstalled it several times, started in Admin mode and nothing seems to work. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you reset it? Uninstall 3rd party plugins and see if it opens?

What plugins do you have installed? Go here C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins, create a desktop folder for the plugins and move them there. Move them back, one at a time to see which one is causing the problem.

I have Ignite Pro installed, and they would sometimes cause that problem. So I would move them out of the folder, run Vegas, which would start, exit Vegas, put Ignite back, start Vegas again, and everything would be fine.

You can also try rebuilding the plugin cache. Go to this hidden folder location: C:\Users\arpie\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\20.0 and rename plugin_manager_cache.bin and svfx_plugin_cache.bin by adding the number 1 or another character after it. Restart Vegas and it will rebuild the cache. But I would do the moving of plugins first.
