@edoardo-pontini, you need to stick with NewBlue support to figure out any activation issues. As for your "Title4" image, I believe that's just the "4th title", not saying you had "Titler Pro 4" at any time.

The fact that you have "Live2Post" also installed could be part of the issue as well. Live 2 Post is, basically, a stripped down version of Titler Pro 7 that does not allow editing of titles but will allow importing titles made in VEGAS Stream for those who don't have Titler Pro 7.

I'd recommend you go back to Stephen and ask for the "Clean install" procedure and let him know you want to uninstall Live 2 Post and Titler Pro 7, and then follow his procedure. Once that's done, hopefully you won't see that not activated message.

Steven already had me do a clean install, and on Newblue's part everything looks fine now. For this reason I took the liberty of writing here. :(

I have the same problem. NewBlue support told me it is a bug in Titler Pro, and promised to contact me when it is fixed.

Yes Edward, Newblue is the first thing that got me to uninstall Live2Post. 😔

Hi, I am in contact with Newblue practically every day, now I have also opened a report to Magix, but it seems that their response times are very long. If I have news I will update you.

@edoardo-pontini Hi, I know this is going to be no help, I have NewBlue Total FX, Titler Pro 7 works fine in VP20 for me, your problem must be something about that add-on inc with your upgrade. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for your intervention, I always hope that Magix technicians, before replying, look at the posts. Maybe with this your intervention they can understand why with one product it goes and with the other it doesn't work.

Titler Pro 7 "standalone" works fine in my computer. But not as a plugin in Vegas Pro 20.

I got about the same message - a month ago. Problem not solved.

I got the same message half a year ago - haven't heard from them since.

Don't know... Maybe it's just their polite way how to close a ticket.

@misohoza, reply back if you haven't received another reply in a long period of time. In the case where developers are working on an issue, the ticket will be placed on "hold" instead of "closed". It's possible your ticket is on hold but it doesn't hurt to reply to make sure things are still on track.

Newblue give me the solution!!!

Reboot your computer

Uninstall your Titler versions C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\uninstallers

Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX and make sure Titler is removed

Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlue and make sure the folder NewBlue Titler Pro 2.0 for Windows is removed

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlue and make sure the folder TitlerPro.ofx.bundle is removed

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlueFX and make sure the folder TitlerPro2.ofx.bundle is removed

Click Start and type Regedit, then run the app

Within Regedit, look under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE, right-click NewBlue and select Delete

Next look under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE, right click NewBlue and select Delete

Re-install: http://dl.newbluefx.com/downloads/Win/titler/NewBlueTitlerPro7VegasPro-220706.exe

Then I unistall always here C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\uninstallers Live2post...and now Titler works!!!

@jetdv I'm curious. Is build 220706 for Titler Pro 7 standard? I ask because I have TP7 Ultimate, build 210922, and my NewBlue App manager states that 210922 is current.

@Jack S, logging into my NB account and seeing if anything new for TP7, downloading the Windows version gives the same build number that you (and I) have.

@Jack S, that is a newer build of the standard version. They're working on a newer release of Titler Pro 7 - all versions; standard, elite, and ultimate.
