My computer recently crashed and I restored it back to factory settings, however, after the restore, I was unable to download my Vegas 5. It has served me well, and I am not in a position to buy Vegas Pro 13. I get a message that says I need to install Microsoft.net framework version 1.1. When I attempt to install the framework nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions?
