Vegas auto fading events

nevernight wrote on 11/2/2017, 6:20 PM

- as you see on timeline I'm supposed to see black screen at the moment, but vegas (13) creates fading for it. It does the same in rendering. When I switch to 24 fps preview it disappears, but I need to get rid of fades on 60 fps. Tried to search for it in preferences - didn't find anything. Please help.

Show us all of the tracks, there are some above the tracks in the pic.

I don't know what you are meaning with fades.
I nowhere see a fade, I only see a black screen because the scrubber is on a place in the timeline without any content.
So to me it is logic the preview shows only black, that means "nothing"

That's it. Look at the preview - it's from the moment on timeline and it's supposed to be black, but it's a fade. There are unmarked ~0.2 sec fades applied automatically on all the content.

Unfortuntely, it doesn't make any change. Still like this. Scrubber is just between these two scenes - and only one of the scenes is supposed to be shown, yet fading happens. There's no fading objects in the tracks above or below.

No, there werent any. It does this fading automatically to any medias that come one after another or just before the media.

Make sure you have Quantize to frames enabled.

I managed to solve this. I often use ctrl+shift+b vegas motion blur - that is what caused all the fades. Thank you for your answers, guys. I hope this will be helpful for someone.
