Peu importe ma version 16 Pro ou ma nouvelle 19 Post, dès que je tente d'ouvrir les logiciels, il "CRASH" automatiquement.

De plus, j'ai désinstallé les 2 logiciels pour réinstaller uniquement la version 16 Pro et il "CRASH" quand même.

Serai-t-il possible de m'aider s.v.p. ?

When I try to open my Vegas 16 or 19... they crashed anytime. I uninstall all and install 16 only, and they crash again. Someone can help me please ?
