Vegas 15 crashes and needs a restart when I tried to open AC3 audio file. V13 and V14 give a message unsupported file but do not crash the application which is much better. Bug?
Previous versions of VP did not support opening AC-3 audio files, though it could render them. Not sure about VP15. If you 'really' need to open an AC-3, there are conversion utilities available, both on-line and install (free and for purchase)
If I drag an AC3 file to VP13, 14 or 15 I get the same message, "None of the files dropped on VEGAS Pro could be opened", and no crash.
Just tried to import AC3 file and Vegas 15 has stopped working ie crash.
Patient: Doctor, It hurts when I do this..
Doctor: Don't do that..
The problem is that if the patient is deceased Vegas15 closes the surgery and goes home where as Vegas 13/14 says patient deceased - next patient please.
