Vegas Edit 20 - Popup windows are blank

I am attempting to see if anyone has run into this issue before. I just purchased Vegas Edit 20 and went to install it on my secondary computer. The program starts fine, and adding video to the timeline also works well. However, when it comes time to edit (or open any other popup windows like logging into the Hub), the windows just open solid white. No amount of waiting fixes the issue, and I have reinstalled Vegas a few times with no luck. I have the most recent public build of Windows 10, and Vegas is updated to the latest patch.

I am not seeing that.
First of all try to reset the program to the default settings of the first installation by exactly following this tutorial: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

I did exactly what was said in the post, but that did not fix the issue. The Hub is still "white" along with any popup boxes.

Did Microsoft Edge Webview2 install properly? Check add or remove programs in Windows and see if it's there.
