VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum Freezing

Long time user of Sony Vegas. Recently upgraded from 16 to 17. 16 worked fine. 17 freezes when I go to the media window. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No luck. Any suggestions?

No because you don't tell what your doing only switching to an other tab.
Is that in an empty project than maybe resetting helps

Thanks for the quick response! The reset did the trick! Thank you!.

FYI, it was happening right away after opening an old 16 project but also on a new project. Would freeze, and the media window was just showing gray boxes on a pink background with no thumbnails.
