We have just released the second update for VEGAS Movie Studio 17 (build 159) and VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum (build 204). Included are some critical updates and important changes, so make sure to download this through our automatic update feature, or, through the links below.

VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Update 2 (Build 159)

Bug Fixes

  • Background transparency is now working for the Picture-in-picture plugin on all AMD GPUs
  • Fixed crash on startup when initializing the File I/O Manager
  • MP4 option in the Make Movie dialog now encodes with proper bit rate
  • Black Bar Fill plugin correctly blurs the background when expanded

Bug Fixes
