I am considering upgrading to Vegas Post18 from Vegas Pro17 can/does the effects program work as a stand alone. or does it only work from within Vegas Pro? Cheers John

standalone？ Of course they can! Including importing, editing, compositing, rendering.

Yes, VEGAS Effects and VEGAS Image are standalone apps that integrate with VEGAS.
