Vegas Pro 15 Edit Steam Edition build 219 keeps crashing

Hello. I'm running Vegas Pro 15 Edit Steam Edition (build 219 since newer builds are not yet available on Steam). My system is an Intel Core i7 4790K with a AMD Radeon Fury X graphic card. I don't know if the problem came out with the latest Windows 10 update or after installing version 17.11.4 of Radeon drivers, since I did both of them together. Anyway the software crashes anytime you drag an MP4 clip into the timeline. No crash at start. The problem occurs no matter if I choose the Radeon GPU or Intel integrated graphics for GPU acceleration from preferences. Here is the error:

How were your MP4 files created? Please post MediaInfo & Vegas File Properties.

Do you get the crash with GPU acceleration turned off?

Crash also happens with GPU acceleration turned off. MP4 files are created with DJI Osmo. Never had issues before. Can't post Vegas File properties since files can't be dragged into the Media Bin either. Here are detailed MediaInfo:
