Vegas pro 17 interface scale issue

rohit wrote on 10/15/2019, 10:54 PM

Hey. I don't know why but my vegas pro 17 interface is too big. Some problem with that is only three color wheels are showing and i have to manually adjust the curve window to work with 4th wheel. Also the finishing window on color grading panel was over half of the curves window. Its like the problem of scale mismatch. Can anyone tell me the solution to match the panel size with my windows?

Also the theme of vegas ui is a bit uncomfortable for me cause i migrated from premiere pro to vegas pro. Is there any way to make the theme dark something like premiere pro. I have already set the theme to darkest but i like premiere pro theme.. How can I do that?

@rohit - It would help us/me if you’d upload some ScreenGrabs here.

VEGAS Pro theme is dark grey. Im not sure if you can customize it into full black/darker grey theme.

Trust me, VEGAS Pro is way easier to learn & understand compared to Premiere Pro. Only few clicks away for the same stuff in VEGAS compared to Premiere Pro.

@rohit - It would help us/me if you’d upload some ScreenGrabs here.

As you can see here is that only 3 color wheels are showing 4th one is hidden under curves tab. Also the the curves tab is not fully visible, some of that part of the tab is under finishing tab. Is there any way i can make color wheels short so all wheels are visible. What i basically meant to say that i want every tab to show their full so i dont have to manually adjust the tab every time.?

Postion TWO:

I know that grabbing from position will change layout but if you see in my pc if i grab vertical bars then the curves window will get short so it doesn't show the curves fully like some part that hide under finishing tab. Although i can do that manually every time i need to adjust something but it would be a headache trying to color grade and color correct every footage and if i need 4th color wheel and curve at same time it would be hell to grab the vertical bar every time to make adjustments. So i need a proper solution for that

@rohit - Fair enough. Once you've set it the way you want it, make a Vegas Windows Layout which includes that 4 Wheel Adjustment - done!

@rohit - Unless I'm mistaken, my Curves Window reveals everything, nothing is obscured. Do you see anything missing?

Hey. I try that but didn't work. If i expand the window to see all wheels then the curves tab gets short and get hidden some portion under finishing tab. Also if you see there is no space for timeline on color grading panel if is expand that from upside the preview window gets too small and if i expand it to downside then some portion of wheel gets hidden. I want a solution to just scale Down the tab. Is there any option to do that?

@rohit - I haven't come across any method to scale down a Tab. I would have thought that the individual Pane are hard coded into the Vegas Program.
