VEGAS Pro 17 Update 1 (build 321) crashes, doesn't start the program

The new VEGAS Pro 17 Update 1 (build 321) was installed and it crashes while trying to start the program. I believe it is not getting past the video plug in factory as it crashes every time without progressing beyond this step. Previous version was working. Any help is appreciated.

ASUS ROG I7 8th gen 6 core, 16 GB RAM, SSD 256 GB, GTX 1050

If you move away those OFXs from folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins to, say,

C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX off\Plugins

and then try start the application again, will it solve the problem?
