Vegas PRO 18 crashes every time during rendering

hi,

 

I get eorror messages every time I try to render ...

 

I did send the notification ,on the message that popped up while it crashed.

I get different messages under the details in that pop up message.

but the main one is PROBLEM UNMANAGED EXCEPTION (0x0000005)

Tried it so many times, little project can't render...

I gets through 7 % of rendering, a few times got through over 20 %...

 

I am applying 0 effects, videos from envato in mov formal and some text + audio...so very frustrated...

I even tried to render a very short video- still get rendering error...

MY PC info:

HP all in one & Windows 10,

Sony Vegas 18 pro

Processor    AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, 2000 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Installed RAM 8GB

64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

BIOS Version/Date    AMI F.31, 02/05/2019

Total Virtual Memory    16.4 GB

Available Physical Memory    2.47 GB

 

 

I have tried:

* I have updated all to the newest graphics

* I got driver easy software to make sure all is up-to-date.

* I tried to disable GPU acceleration of video processing

* Disabled multi-core rendering

* Turned off half of the cores (CPU)

* Didn't use any Dynamic RAM preview usage

* Disabled so4

* Increased the dynamic RAM preview to the 3rd of the total available RAM

* Changed the VALUE of ENABLE OPEN CL to FALSE

* Changed VEGAS priority from NORMAL to ABOVE NORMAL in the task manager

* Opened new Sony Vegas and imported my  .veg document (pre-rendered instead of a few layers)

* Rendered as SONY AVC/MVC and MAGIX AVC/AACmp4 formats

 

 

NOTHING has worked....So FRUSTRATED... Please HELP as soon as you can....need to get this working...

 

The problem i get is on RENDERING. it would say;

PROBLEM; unmanaged excepton (0 x 0000005)

juts fault module would change - Program Files/Vegas pro 18

then others like DRIVER STORE/ File repository

=then kernell somethig.... grrr

Post here your exact Problem Descryption and not this crap

And nothing behind File repository ?

Mostly there becomes the GPU and driver version mentioned to be the wrong ones.
So if you have not that information I cannot help you, sorry.

Seems ProRes codec to me.

it’s not about it, I am looking for a solution to fix Sony Vegas rendering issues...

For your graphics I've seen other reports of problems with the AMD GPU. Please go to help/driver update and share a screenshot of what it shows for the GPU driver.

Next would be MediaInfo for the media you are using.

Both of these relate to rendering.

Also, put dynamic ram preview back to 200MB, reenable the cores, disable legacy AVC decoding. Under file io, what decoder is Vegas using​?​​​​​​
