Vegas pro 18 startup crash

Vegas pro 18 crashes at startup and doesn't open. It keeps crashing on splash screen. I have all my drivers update but still no luck on get it working.

I tried uninstalling all ofx plugin but still no luck. My pc specs are intel hd Graphics 4000, 4gbram.

@rohit, minimum specs for VP 18 are 8GB RAM, and Intel HD Graphics 4000 is not supported (although it does work on my Intel HD Graphics 4600 which is also not supported).
