Vegas Pro 19 (BUILD 550) Crashes When Importing a MP4 File

As you can see in the video, Vegas crashes when I try to import my 360 FPS mp4 clip. I've imported a 600 FPS mp4 clip without any problems before (but it was smaller). It seems that the size is a problem, but I'm not sure. Do you guys know a fix?

CPU: R9 5900X

GPU: RTX 3080

RAM: 32GB

STORAGE: 1TB SAMSUNG SSD

I also have an mp4 file that I am not able to see in Vegas Pro 19, I made it with VP13 and there it works, but not here in 19. I am just able to hear the audio but not see thew movie! Any solution to this please... I have already downloaded again the program but not solved the problem. Any idea please?

What is in the MP4 file? Use MediaInfo to answer or upload a sample somewhere we can download it. https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

It's possible it needs Quicktime (in preferences/ deprecated features) to load.
