If I add Titler Pro 7 to my timeline it freezes, this only has happened since I installed build 636.
Has anybody had this issue or does anybody have any suggestions as how to fix this problem.
In the video capture I only wait for a few minutes before using the task manager to "End Task" but I have left it for ten minutes to see if if would eventually sort it's self out. But it does not.
Vegas 18 works OK, so I can still use that version, but it's a bloody nuisance.
@Cmin7669 I can't repro your problem, but my default template is the simple word 'Name'. Although I can't see your choice of default template as being the problem.
Maybe you could start the standalone version of Titler Pro 7 (if you have the purchased version) and reset your default template, then try again.
Other than that, maybe @jetdv can offer some advice.
Yes, I do have the stand alone as well, but, tried other titles as the default but no change. Same error.
I had thought of re-installing Titler Pro but not tried that as yet.
It has to be something the Vegas team did in the latest version.
It has been slow initializing when I drop the TP effect on the timeline, but now you see it just hangs.
On VP19 b636, TP7 works for me just as it did with previous builds, so it wouldn't seem to be a universal problem.
Is the lower third in your video example, and the other titles you've tested, basic TP7 titles? If not, try the basic TP7 templates just to limit possible causes down to TP7 / VP19 b636 alone.
Yes already done that, one of the first things I tried.
Yes it is part of total Fx, but it was working before the update, so it's a Vegas problem. Not Newblue.
I have TFX7 with NBTP7 and it works as it always has in the past.
Hi, TP7 part of TotalFX works for me but Newblue Time clock doesn't, so all is not well with the Newblue / Vegas relationship,

If i move one of the settings it works if i scrub the timeline, but press play & nothing moves/counts
@Former user Try applying it as a media generator. There are some issues when it's applied as an FX.
@Jack S ? Newblue Time Clock is't in the Media Generator list ?
TP7 works no problem as an FX
I think people are missing the elephant in the room here, remember I only had this problem AFTER I installed build 636. If this was a court of law this fact would be extremely damaging to the defence. The problem is with 636 and Magix. I rest my case your honour!

@Former user it was working when I made my post. Forgive the choppy playback...4K 50P video. It worked on a video, but not a Media Generator Solid Color.
I would add a screen capture, but when I use it, neither of my monitors are visible. I am using Build 636 at the moment.

Some effects will not properly change if the underlying event does not change. That would apply to generated media and images. Glad it's working on the MP4.
