I am rendering a video in 4K and it's taking forever to render. It's barely using any CPU or GPU. Anyway I can fix this so it's using my GPU especially? I have a lot of work to do and not enough time.
Try Voukoder, it can greatly increase GPU usage for some users.
Don't forget the most important thing is to update your Nvdia GPU Driver.

@Eni Just out of curiosity what is the media you've got on the timeline?
There's a tool called MediaInfo, download it, it's free https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo After downloading, right click on the media in your Windows folder, open MediaInfo, choose Text from the View option, select all, copy & paste in a comment here,

@Eni & is it slow, not using GPU n CPU if you try rendering different media with no fx's added. or try rendering that project or a section of it with the fx's turned off, see how that goes & you can then maybe narrow down the reasons
VEGAS Enthusiasts from the site https://imgur.com are pretty naive & obstinate.
your computer's bottleneck could be that WD10EZEX, which, an OEM product with NO garantie for its performance, and thus, every other work must stop and wait to that writing procedure. I saw only once in my PC that my NVMe-SSD so busy till to ca 80%, it's the finalizing of render to 4k60p-ProRes422 intermediate.
