I never used the hub before Vegas Pro 21 and now its seems like I can't use the program unless I login. Is that right? It does not save my password and once a couple days I need to re-enter my password. My question is this normal? Is hub and 21 tightly woven together?

In VP 20 I was logged in until I logged out but with VP 21 it asks me to log in to use the features. I suspect it's because more of these features are now in the Cloud.

You only need to log in to access the cloud/Hub specific features such as Text to Speech, VEGAS Content etc.
@roy-phillips With VP21, you'll find that, if you are logged in to the Hub, and subsequently close down the Vegas Hub window, then open the window again, you will be prompted to log in again. This, despite being informed on the toolbar that you're still logged in. Until this problem is resolved, it's best to leave the Vegas Hub window open, whether floating or as a tabbed window. This way you won't be prompted to log in, unless you actually log out.
