@floriano-cabral Could you share a short sample of media so others can confirm a problem?

I tried three times to install the new update but the rotating wheel of death keeps turning with the message "The program will now be closed for installation." I have rebooted and same results. Any advice?

@Dave_Jones718 I uninstalled the previous beta build and then installed this one. No problems.

@floriano-cabral repeating what was asked a few replies above, a short sample would be the best to see if there is a global issue (everyone) or a local one.

@Reyfox Thanks! I clicked 'Install on program close' instead of install now and it looks like it is working. Hopefully this update will fix my issue of not being able to download more than 1 video or audio clip from Hub without having to log out then log back in. Very strange.

@Dave_Jones718 I haven't downloaded anything from the Hub with this new build. But in the previous beta build, no issues downloading multiple files.

@Reyfox Well after multiple tries I went to the download file and clicked on it. It wanted me to click "Repair" so I did and it said it repaired successfully. After launching the executable I still had to go into Task Manager and shut down Vegas before it would install fully. Seems like this update did not go through the same process to prepare an install then execute it. Now that it is installed, I still have the problem of only being able to download one video or audio clip. I then have to log out of Hub then back in to download another file. Anyone seen this issue before? Perhaps in a setting somewhere?? Thanks.

@Dave_Jones718 I've installed this update without any issues including reinstalling the Deep Learning Models. I have no idea of how to fix your Hub download issues. It's never been an issue for me.

Vegas is still crashing when copying keyframes from pan/crop menu and then closing the menu. Is this on radar to be fixed?

I am able to login to the VEGAS Hub, but I can only see the Hub Explorer. On the VEGAS Hub tab itself I only see three white dots that never end. Any suggestions as to why I see no content?

Hub is working fine here. I've always been able to log into the Hub, and search/download without issues.

THANK YOU! The Titles & Text bug has finally been fixed. I tested it out, and when editing an animated text event, the cursor stays where it's supposed to. This is going to make my life so much easier.

Testing it for a while looks good, but the VRAM & Ram Leak still exists for LUT filter unfortunately.

Yes, it is fixed. However, it was not included in this update.

Spent hours yesterday hand-keying masks for some tunnel shots where my subject walks through the frame. Every time I tried using Smart Mask 2.0, it would crash the moment I enabled it -- didn’t matter if the subject was facing the camera or not. It just crashed on analyzing.

A new update dropped for Smart Mask today, and… same result. No improvement. Honestly, this feature continues to fall way short. In every situation I’ve tried it, it either crashes or delivers a weak, unusable result.

I’m not usually the type to suggest other software here since VEGAS is my daily driver (and pays my bills), but the fact that it can’t reliably mask a simple silhouette is frustrating. Magic Brush when?

EDIT: I was hoping to come back on here with positive results as I tried Smart Mask 2.0 with another clip and did have speedy and accurate results... then after tracking just another immediate crash.

Could you please resubmit your crash report? It doesn’t appear to be in our records.

Vegas is still chewing through all 12GB of RAM... when is this finally going to get fixed?

What fixed specifically?
