OK found from another forum to disable "Controlled Folder Access" under virus protection, so Windows does not treat Vegas as "unfriendly application" - wow guys, how is such possible with paid commercial SW !?, anyways, now installed on day 4 ...

Can you show me what you did, I'm having the same problem with that "could not access network location [WIX_DIR_COMMON_DOCUMENTS]" . I don't use any anti-virus except the windows 11 built in one.
