Vegas pro 23.0 Error code 14 Any suggestion

I’ve been getting Error Code -14 for a while now. I submitted a support ticket and
received an automated response suggesting I fully delete all Vegas and Magix
files, but that didn’t fix the issue. Everything is correct the installation location and the serial key and yet the program still won’t let me in. I’ve used this program before without any problems or issue like the key i used worked perfectly fine before, but it suddenly started giving me error -14, and I can no longer use it. it doesn't even show in my products anymore. The support team is so bad like I've submitted like so many tickets waiting weeks to get it closed saying put the correct serial key in and it is the correct serial as it worked in the past. I'll take any suggestion

Uninstalling and re-installing Vegas Pro doesn't completely remove Vegas Pro from the computer - there's still many VP entries left particularly in the registry including activation data. Fortunately, there is a way to completely remove Vegas Pro from the computer and that process is given in the following forum post:

Please note that the process does involve editing the registry which, if not familiar with registry editing, does require caution as there is no Undo (Ctrl-Z) function in the registry.

That is odd unless you've got two MAGIX My Accounts because VP23 will only appear under My Products for the email address to which VP23 was registered and activated. If there is only one MAGIX account, the absence of VP23 under My Products is inexplicable.
