Vegas Pro Crashing

Hello! I've used Vegas Pro 14 for about two years or so, and I don't think I've had as much problems until now.

Whenever I try to open Vegas Pro, it crashes. Whether I start it up from the shortcut or the actual file, it doesn't work. I've tried pretty much everything on the FAQ to fix this. I can't uninstall Vegas Pro 14 due to the fact it's on my brothers account and he can't remember the password.

My computer is Windows 10. My processor is an Intel Core i5-6500 with 16gb of ram and 64-bit operating system. The product version is listed below.

Crash Report:

   Fault Offset:        0x000000000012FB99

Does anyone have any solutions that aren't on the FAQ?

See if updating your GPU drivers helps. I'm no expert on the matter, but the fault mentioning driver folders is a possible hint.

Get your brother to go to his Magix account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ . The account email address will be the one that appears in your VP14 installation. There's a lost password option there.

Here is a possible solution from someone else who had issue with same file https://www.magix.info/us/forum/error-igdrcl64-dll--1219011/

@Sirapop-Chayajet

. . . . GPU1 intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 . . . .

See this topic - although for Video Pro X it will still apply to MEP.

Check your Intel driver version and if it is 25.20.100.6444 then you should try uninstalling then re-installing the previous version available from Intel - do not try rollingback the driver as this can cause severe issues.
