Vegas pro edit extremely lag

I recently install the pro edit 18. It is extremely lagging. It can't function at all. I am sure it is not my computer hardware problem. it is powerful enough to run it. if this is not resolved. I would like to refund it.

Exact same problem for me with vegas 19 microsoft edition build 426. I'm waiting for a refund from paypal and are going then to buy directly from vegas site as the trial works with no problem. Windows 11 Pro 21H2
