In this thread, you can vote on new features that you want to see included in VEGAS Pro by clicking "Thank You" under each post below that has a new feature requests on it. Below are the top 10 new features based on which got the most "thank you's".

Please note that this is a completely unofficial poll, and results from this poll do not guarantee in any way that any of the features will be added in upcoming versions of VEGAS Pro. It will be up to the developers to determine which features they have the resources to implement and when. DO NOT EXPECT THESE FEATURES ON THIS LIST TO BE IMPLEMENTED ANYTIME SOON. I don't want to set anyone up for disappointment.

This is just a personal project I'm doing to help keep track of feature requests, and nothing more.

The goal of this is to help the team keep a finger on the pulse of what the community wants. Each month, the top 10 from the previous month will automatically be added to the poll for the following month, along with a +2 "thank yous" added to their score for winning the previous round.

Tiebreakers: In the event that entries are tied for the number of votes, they will be listed in the order they were posted.

Composition Modes Should Be Change with Hover Mouse and Scroll (for fast picking up)

Timeline event clip level customized coloring. Right now you can only have diffferent color for the whole track.

Have the clip usage number status or at least, "Added", on thumbnail preview of Project Media.

3. Ability to open the editing window of an automatically selected event.
A function is needed to automatically open the Media Generator, Pancrop, and Video FX editing windows when an event is selected.

Currently, Pancrop and Video FX are being replaced by shortcut keys.
However, it is inconvenient that there is no shortcut key for Media Generator.

4. AI that extracts color grading
Premiere's "comparison view" function is required.

Very fast and effective function for individuals and YouTube editors.
