Thanks. That worked. Didn't have that problem before. Maybe Dropbox started adding the "s".

Pretty absurd 1 - 10 format. Forces you to rank some choices higher than you would like because no repetition allowed. And if you wan't to leave any choice blank because it is Not Applicable it won't allow you to go to the next page. Complete waste of time. SCS will learn nothing from this survey.

When I realized that the survey would give a misrepresentation of my opinions I felt that the only appropriate thing to do was NOT to complete the survey.

What the heck is "Survey Monkey" anyway?

It would appear that form wasn't BETA tested with a focus group of exsisting Vegas Users.

One of the prime scoping for a research would be to test the form. In another incarnation this is what I did. I trailed the form with users. Pretty easy.

I had some other company in the past ask me to fill out a bunch of surveys for them and their forms had even more glaring errors. I asked them if they'd like me to review their forms and point out the problems. They said "SURE!" So i wrote up a 19 page email listing all the faults in their first 3 page form. I never heard back from them, and my survey account was "mysteriously locked" after that.

I did not complete the survey because of a bug in the survey which stopped me from moving forward. Could it be that this survey was built by the same people that designed Vegas Pro-11?

well jerry, at least it didn't replace the questions ;-)

You'd think?

So cynical in one so young....

I also got the survey (and it took a bit to figure out the ranking thing before I realized you could only have one number per question). Definitely would have been more useful to Sony if they had provided room for a comment (but then they would have had to deal with answers they didn't want to hear). Yes, XP was an issue, but I recognize that XP is getting old and was willing to live with that issue and am switching to W7 Ultimate, however, the stability under ANY version of the OS is the reason I am NOT buying the upgrade to 11 (and I did buy 8,9 and 10). ("Survey Monkey" may actually refer to the poor guy that got stuck by management creating this survey)
