Post your project settings and render settings.

Hello!

Where do I find those?

Kinvermark wrote on 7/20/2018, 9:25 PM

uhhh… MENU - file - properties, and the box that pops up when you render (you did say you rendered out a clip, did you not?) You are rather new to this software I gather. :)

Not new, but I did very basic things like fading videos in and out, text, cropping videos etc... which were decent for my YouTube videos, but I have a ton to learn, honestly.

Here are the images you requested:

OK. Nothing obviously wrong there, so going to have to dig deeper. Also, post details of source material - see here:

(Particularly info on footage and how it was created.)

Build 161 (64 bit)

Windows 10 Home version 1803

To record, I used OBS Studio 21.1.0

As you could have assumed, I am using it for YouTube videos.

Is this enough information?

Build 270 is the last build for Vegas 14. I think you should consider updating to that build. Best guess is that the footage recorded by OBS studio is not being properly decoded in Vegas. Suggest you do a forum search on "OBS Studio" for details. In general, I believe others have found OBS to be compatible with Vegas. I presume other types of footage work fine for you. Confirm?

Yes, I tested it awhile ago by downloading a video and importing it to Vegas and it worked fine.

What worked fine?

Downloading a video and importing it, there were no issues. It only created the bug when I used my own footage.

Your OBS footage is the place to start troubleshooting then. Maybe try different capture settings (and do a forum search on OBS Studio for further info/advice.) Good luck!

That footage is the place to start troubleshooting then.

It creates the same bug with any footage I use, I imported an old video I made and the results were still glitchy.
