Hello, I have some issues with the Video Preview tab in sony vegas. Yesterday I wanted to edit some videos so I uploaded the videos from my phone to PC, and of course, I had some lag because it is a MOV type of file, so I convert the MOV files to MP4 files and then I added the videos into Sony Vegas and I still had a lot of lag, what I usually don't have, because when I edit my gaming videos there is not a single lag.
Yes, I already try to put the quality in the video preview a bit lower, I also tried to re-install my Sony Vegas, but nothing is changing. Please help asap!
