MP4 file type.may be in the H.264 or H.265(HEVC) video codecs

@kelvin-kennedy Please provide full media info as detailed in Item 1 of the link j-v gave in his post. We need to see exactly what is in your problem files.

Also if you have a short example of one of your problem files please upload to a sharing site such as Google drive from where we can download and try on our systems. I have VMS17 Platinum build 223 installed.
