@RogerS Nah. Long story short, don't think the developer will ever make that happen.

Is it open source on Github? If so the developer's wishes are irrelevant, no? I thought it was donationware in order to use open source codecs without paying. I'm not sure of its status source code wise.

I don't think they are going to "fix" it. Voukoder is aware of the changes, and the plugin (Pro only) will be changed to work.

I have a suspicion that if it broke Voukoder it most likely has broken several if not many legacy plugins.

Yes, that's true. MagicYUV was just updated to work with 23.

Not broken...we update our plugin SDK occasionally and when we do, we inform the developers who use it and provide them with the new SDK.

It is then up to the developers of those plugins to update these plugins to be compatible with the new version of Vegas.

At the moment, only 3 plugins are actively using this SDK over the last few years...Voukoder, MagixYUV and DebugMode FrameServer.
