VP13 preview issue after updating Nvidia video driver

See arrows showing the color bleeding issue:

I have, some days ago (after a long time) updated the driver for my Geforce GTX 670  to:
'Geforce Game Ready Driver
Version: 372.70 Release date: 08/30/2016'

I think that could have caused it?
This doesen't show up in the rendered footage or saved screeshots, it only affects the preview window.

If I disable GPU acceleration, the preview goes back to normal.
But I want the acceleration to be enabled as before.

Now I could revert to a previous driver version, but I am not sure which is best?
Any advice? Thanks in advance,

Running Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have tried installing one version previous to that, but the problem is still there, maybe I should go much further back to an older driver?

I have a lowly GTS450 (which I'm looking to update, which is another long story). For what it's worth, I always go back to driver 296.10 which, for me, is the last one to work properly in Sony VP v13..

Having updated my PC with a more powerful processor, I now find it signifcantly faster to turn off GPU acceleration for rendering.

Thanks John,

Do you know where I can get the latest build of Vegas Pro 13?
I have 13 build 453 now, is that the latest?

I am now wondering if this is an issue with Vegas I haven't noticed before.

I have put back the driver 327.23 from 2013 that always worked, and even removed all the nvidia driver and windows installed a default driver version v.9, still the same.

I noticed something else now. If the preview window is 480 px then the issue goes away, if it is scaled larger it comes back. Not sure if Vegas maybe only enables the aacceleration above 480px.  Not sure if this is with the rest of you too. You need a fast moving subject, with the two color boundaries to see the color shift like in the image above.

I am quite sure now that it is not the Nvidia driver doing it. However turning off GPU acceleration is having an effect, so I am not sure I understand. If the preview window is  480 px or below it doesen't happen too.

Build 453 was the last Sony version. MAGIX released builds 543 and 545 but you'd lose rather than gain by switching to those as they were just re-branding releases that broke lots of functionality.
