I have a number of .wav files with markers saved in them. Through VP14, they were working fine. With VP15, the markers show up in Trimmer, but I can't get them to show up in the Timeline when I add them.
Could you offer a sample wave for download? I just checked here in VP15 (build 2619) with an own wave file and the markers showed up fine in the timeline. Also the script to promote these markers worked fine.

There's a marker at just under 5 seconds that allows me to splice this with a different arrangement I have in another .wav file. Having it as a marker is handy, because I can snap right to it. But although the marker shows up fine in Trimmer, it doesn't show up in the Timeline.

Wierd. I downloaded your wav file and I'm seeing your embedded marker on the timeline (at about 5 seconds) and in the Trimmer in VP15 .. It says its number 2. I can also create new markers in the Trimmer and I see those as well on the Timeline.
I tried creating a new file and putting it in and the marker still doesn't show up. Is there a new setting somewhere that has something to do with this?
There is a setting that controls markers at least up to Vegas Pro 13-453. Control-Shift-K
Good catch John. Ctrl-Shift K toggles the embedded markers on and off in VP15 too.
That was it! It must be the default now to have that off; I had to reset the preferences because V15 wouldn't load for some reason. But now that it's on, it's working like it should! Thanks!
