Is this now LOCKED in VP15? Is there an UNLOCK or ACTIVATE option? Working Fine in VP14.

Well, I may have stumbled on another Issue I have had.
Having done this Regression Testing, through the Builds, AND stripping out my VST Folders and adding them back one by one, I'm suggesting that NEW Builds do NOT rescan VSTs Folders, when RE-SCANNED, but need to be removed and THEN placed back into those VST Folder options under Preferences.
